'Cause Everybunny Matters!

Take The Save A Rabbit Challenge

Set yourself a challenge, raise the money to rescue one rabbit from start to finish, and give a neglected bunny the fresh start they deserve.

£365 saves a rabbit · £1 a day for a year!

One Supporter. One Rabbit. Saved.

Every rabbits that comes into our care needs the same start in life. The Save A Rabbit Challenge asks you to fund that whole journey for just one rabbit, from the day we take them in to the day they are ready for a new home.

Step 1 · Vaccinate

Protection against two killer diseases, myxomatosis and RHD.

Step 2 · Neuter

A routine operation that keeps them healthier and ready to bond.

Step 3 · Feed & Recover

Hay, forage, herbs, pellets and clean bedding for every day of their stay.

Step 4 · Adoption

A health check, a bond, and a loving family to call their own.

Where Your £365 Goes

The basics that almost every rabbit needs. We ask you to aim for £365, which sits in the middle of the true cost of a full rescue and works out at only £1 a day for a year.

£365

saves a rabbit, start to finish

£55

Full Vaccinations

Myxo-RHD PLUS and Yurvac, the two vaccines every rabbit needs.

£180 - £240

Neutering

£180 for a male,
£240 for a female.

≈ £90

Food & Bedding

Around £1.50 a day across a typical stay of around 60 days in our care.

Some rabbits need more. A rabbit on daily pain relief costs around £30 a month, and dental or emergency surgery can run into several hundred pounds. Raise beyond £365 and the difference goes to a medical top‑up for the rabbits carrying the heaviest vet bills.

Start Your Own Fundraising Page

The best way to Save A Rabbit is your own JustGiving page. It takes minutes to set up, collects sponsorship automatically, and every penny comes straight to us.

Step 1 · Create Page

Set up a JustGiving page for Beloved Rabbits in a few minutes.

Step 2 · Pick Challenge

Choose an activity from the ideas below, or bring your own.

Step 3 · Share & Raise

Send your page to friends and family and watch the total grow.

Need An Idea? Choose Your Challenge

Pick something that suits you, on your own or with friends, your workplace, or your community group. Every one of these raises money the kind way.

Get Moving!

Take on a sponsored walk, hop, run, cycle or step count. Every mile brings a rabbit closer to home.

Give Something Up

Skip the coffee, chocolate or takeaways for a month and donate the pound a day you save.

Bake & Sell

Hold a bake sale, coffee morning or craft stall and let your community help you save a rabbit.

Celebrate & Give

Turn a birthday, wedding or anniversary into a fundraiser, or give in memory of a much-loved pet.

Rally Your Workplace

Run a dress-down day, a team challenge, or ask about match funding and payroll giving.

Bring Your Own Idea

A sponsored silence, a gaming stream, a readathon, a skill share. If it raises the money kindly, we are behind you.

Collect Coins & Taps

Gather donations wherever you are, whether it is loose change on a counter or a contactless tap on your phone at an event, with friends and family.

Pop a sealed tin on your shop counter, staff room or event table and let loose change add up. Email us and we will get one to you and help you count and pay in what you collect.

Take contactless donations anywhere with Toucan Giving or GiveStar, which let a supporter tap a card or phone to give. Our short guide walks you through getting set up.

Fundraising The Kind Way

Our ethical fundraising policy does not permit gambling techniques, so the challenge uses no raffles, tombolas, prize draws or sweepstakes. Every activity we suggest raises money through effort, generosity or the sale of goods, and never through a bet.

A Rabbit You Could Save

Every £365 Is A Real Rabbit

Rabbits come to us abandoned, unwell and frightened. With vaccinations, a neuter, good food and time to recover, a scared bunny becomes a healthy companion ready for a family of their own.

Your support pays for that change, one rabbit at a time

Ready To Save A Rabbit

Questions, Answered

How do I start?

Set up a JustGiving fundraising page for Beloved Rabbits, choose your challenge, and share it with the people who will sponsor you. If you would rather talk it through first, email us and we will help you set everything up.

What if I raise more or less than £365?

Every pound helps. If you raise less, you have still funded a real part of a rescue. If you raise more, the extra goes to our medical top-up for the rabbits who need surgery, dental work or long-term care.

Can I borrow a collection tin?

Yes. We can lend you a sealed tin for a counter, workplace or event. Email us and we will arrange it, and help you count and pay in what you collect.

Can I take contactless donations on my phone?

Yes. Apps like Toucan Giving and GiveStar turn a phone into a tap-to-donate device, so supporters can give without cash. Our short guide walks you through setting it up.

Can my workplace, school or group take part?

Yes, and group challenges are some of our favourites. A team can share one target or set one each. We are happy to provide a short talk, photos and materials to help you rally everyone.
