We require a health or welfare assessment to be completed for each rabbit being rehomed. This can be completed at our shop and appointment office in Kirkintilloch, or by your preferred vet practice.
The information you provide on this form will be used to create each rabbit’s adoption profile that is shared with our potential adopters to find the perfect forever home for them.

I understand that this means I agree to exclusively offer my rabbit(s) for adoption through Beloved Rabbits, and will not seek alternative means to rehome my rabbit(s) without first gaining agreement from Beloved Rabbits.
I understand that Beloved Rabbits may list the rabbit(s) using an alternative name in order to assist with rehoming and adoption procedures.
I agree to maintain contact with the Beloved Rabbits team, and to provide updates, photographs and videos if requested. My contact details listed above are correct and I agree to these being passed to volunteers of Beloved Rabbits for the specific purpose of any contact relating to rehoming my rabbit(s). The liability for ensuring the health and wellbeing of the named rabbit(s) continues to be my full responsibility. I understand that Beloved Rabbits may provide some guidance and rabbit welfare advice of how to make my rabbit(s) more comfortable in the interim, and will do my best to action these where possible and practical.
I understand that when an adopter selects my rabbit(s) for adoption, Beloved Rabbits will request me to surrender the rabbit(s) permanently into their care. I agree to co-operate with arrangements to allow the transition within an reasonable timescale and understand that I will no longer have any legal claim to the rabbit(s) or the right to determine what may happen to them from that point forward.
I understand that I will not be in direct contact with the rabbit(s) new owners, and Beloved Rabbits may be unable to provide details or updates of the rabbit(s) in their new home.
Sharing stories about our rabbits and their circumstances help to generate interest and support for them, and can often help find them a new home faster. We would like to share your rabbit(s) story across our social media and website platforms. We will never reveal any personal information or criticise owner or rabbits’ circumstances. Owners should be aware that members of the public may pass comment on shared stories. Our team monitor comments proactively and attempt to hide or remove any comments considered to be of an inappropriate manner.
