You are required to bring your rabbits to the Welfare Assessment appointment.

During your Rehoming Welfare Assessment we will ask more questions about your rabbit(s), their likes, dislikes, health, living environment, veterinary history and details around the reasons for rehoming.

You may find it helpful to bring photographs and evidence of any veterinary treatment.  This should include where possible any evidence of vaccinations and neutering.  This can also be provided by email in advance at [email protected].
