Bonding Bootcamp Agreement

• You are authorised to admit the named rabbits for this appointment and hereby agree to the rabbit(s) partaking in bonding activities within Beloved Rabbits' premises.
• You understand that Beloved Rabbits will supervise various activities to facilitate the safe and successful bonding of all the rabbit(s) included within the booking.
• The liability for ensuring the rabbits’ health and well-being remains your sole responsibility. 
• Beloved Rabbits will endeavour to act in the rabbits' best interests at all times, including appropriate bed & and boarding.  Whilst all precautions will be made to prevent illness or injury, you accept that the nature of bonding activities may result in unpreventable injury and hereby authorise Beloved Rabbits to seek urgent emergency veterinary care and to take appropriate action upon the advice of a qualified veterinarian, whilst ensuring that you are kept up-to-date with progress, events or concerns.
• You hereby authorise Beloved Rabbits or their chosen Veterinary Surgeon to request and receive veterinary records relating to the aforementioned rabbits while providing veterinary care.
• Bonding and Boarding will commence from the start date identified within this booking and is expected to be completed within 7-14 days.  A representative from Beloved Rabbits will keep you informed at all times and will confirm return arrangements nearer the time.

Fees & Cancellations

• Bonding Bootcamp is charged at £90 per session for a pair bond. Each session is estimated to last approximately 7 days.
• Bonding Bootcamp for a group bond of 3 or more rabbits is charged at £175 per session. Each session is estimated to last approximately 14 days.
• Bonding sessions may be extended by a few days if required at no additional cost.
• Should your rabbits suffer illness or injury during their stay with Beloved Rabbits, all associated vet fees will be invoiced to you.
• Your Beloved Rabbits representative will keep you informed and arrange a collection time when we are comfortable your rabbits are ready to return home.
• Your Bonding Bootcamp booking can be cancelled up to 7 days before the start date of your booking, and a full refund will be processed.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date of the Bonding Bootcamp booking will not be entitled to a refund.
• You may request a change of dates to your booking by contacting your Bonding Bootcamp representative, or through our website. Change to dates should be requested no later than 48 hours prior to the booking start date. Alternative dates are subject to availability and no priority will be offered over confirmed bookings.
• Whilst we enjoy an extremely high bonding success rate, as bonding success is dependent on the health, personalities and environmental conditions the rabbits are housed in, we cannot guarantee successful bonding outcomes. Should a bond be unsuccessful or where we believe there may be vulnerabilities within a bond, your Beloved Rabbits representative will discuss this in full with you and advise you on your options and any recommendations and support we can offer. No refund or discount is available due to an unsuccessful bond.
