Why We Want You?

Rabbit Welfare Awareness is very low in the public domain.

We want to raise the public’s understanding of the appropriate care needs of rabbits, and highlight changes in care practice following recent research.

We are creating a new Education & Awareness Team who will work closely with our Education & Awareness Manager and the wider volunteer team to improve rabbit welfare awareness and education throughout Scotland.

Team members will:

  • Develop educational materials for public and volunteers
  • Conduct their own research in to rabbit welfare & rescue topics
  • Proactively seek to improve rabbit welfare awareness throughout the charity’s operational area.
