Hold a short check-in every 1 to 2 weeks, or run the team via a weekly message update.
Make sure fundraising activity follows the charity’s fundraising policy and is respectful and transparent.
Keep a simple record of what was done and what it raised, even rough figures are fine.
The team always knows what the current focus is.

Supporters get thanked and updated on outcomes, with help from other roles as they join.
